Walmart Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the USA. You are not authorized to participate in the Walmart Sweepstakes if you are not located within the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

If you have recently purchased anything from Walmart, use your buy receipt with the survey ID to complete the Walmart Sweepstakes survey.

As a reward for sparing your precious time, Walmart offers you an opportunity to enter the sweepstakes to win a $1,000 Walmart gift card.

You can enter the Walmart sweepstakes directly via the mail-in entry method or by completing the entry form at www.entry.survey.walmart.com.

Walmart Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:01am Central Time (“CT”) on October 29, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59pm CT on January 27, 2023 (the “Walmart Sweepstakes Period”).

Walmart Sweepstakes Rules

You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for the Walmart Sweepstakes survey
Only legal residents of the USA, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico partake in the Walmart survey
Walmart employees and employee relations are not qualified for the Walmart Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes Survey
No purchase or payment is required to enter and win
A total of 78 entries are allowed during the entire promotional period
You must have a valid contact number and Email address
Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable
All taxes are the duty of the winner
Only one entry is allowed per Walmart Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes survey invitation

Walmart Sweepstakes Prize

GRAND PRIZES: Five grand prizes will be awarded, each with a Walmart gift card for $1,000. All Grand Prizes’ total approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $5,000.

FIRST PRIZES: 750)first prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a Walmart gift card for $100 (each a “First Prize”). The total ARV of all First Prizes is $75,000. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $80,000.

How to Enter? Steps

There are four ways to enter:

(1) PURCHASE:

Upon receipt of the Walmart survey invitation, the Entrant must log onto www.survey.walmart.com within one week from the cash register receipt date and enter the unique code found on the cash register receipt.

Then, finish the Walmart survey in its entirety and press the “Submit” button. after clicking the “Submit” button, the Entrant may be prompted to finish the entry form in its whole to include first name, last name, city, state, street address, zip, phone number, and email address (if available) and click “Continue.”

If prompted, an entry form must be finished to be eligible to win. Then, complete the checkboxes and click “Submit” to obtain one entry into the Walmart Sweepstakes.

Walmart surveys must be completed within one week from the cash register receipt date and by 11:59:59pm CT on January 27, 2023, if the cash register receipt date is January 20, 2023, or later.

(2) SURVEY INVITE:

Entrants making a buy (of any amount) at Walmart.com, Walmart.com/grocery, a participating Walmart retail location, and any Walmart websites or mobile apps between the Sweepstakes Period and are the recipient of a survey invitation via email must visit the unique survey Website found within the Invitation to complete the Walmart survey.

The Walmart survey must be finished by submitting all answers to the survey questions. Upon completing the Walmart survey, click the “Submit” button. Upon clicking the “Submit” button, the Entrant may be prompted to finish the entry form in its whole to include first name, last name, state, zip, phone number, street address, city, and email address (if available) and click “Continue”.

If prompted, an entry form must be finished to be eligible to win. Then, complete the checkboxes and click “Submit” to obtain one entry into the Walmart Sweepstakes. The Walmart survey must be completed within one week from the Invitation date and by 11:59:59pm CT on January 27, 2023, if the Invitation date is January 20, 2023, or later.

(3) ONLINE:

Visit www.entry.survey.walmart.com Website during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the Online Sweepstakes entry form, including complete name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Then, click the “Continue” button to obtain one entry into the Sweepstakes. All Online entries must be obtained by 11:59:59pm CT on January 27, 2023.

(4) WRITE-IN:

On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your full name, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth and mail with proper postage to 2022 Walmart Sweepstakes, PO Box 228, Macedon, NY, 14502-0228. All write-in entries must be postmarked by January 27, 2023, and received by February 2, 2023.
