(i) one home located in Santa Fe, New Mexico (the “HGTV® Smart Home 2023”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,054,224);

(ii) an All-New, All-Electric 2023 Mercedes Benz EQE Sedan (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $89,770); 

(iii) One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV® Smart Home 2023 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $2,243,994.
